Who We Are
We chose the culinary world from the very beginning, training under one of the world’s greatest chefs and attending one of the most prestigious hospitality schools internationally.
After we met, we returned to Alsace—first to Murbach—before taking on the challenge of opening a gourmet restaurant in Illzach: Le Parc de Modenheim, in 1983.
For over 40 years, we’ve proudly served the people of Mulhouse for their business and family meals. Today, we’ve returned to the estate’s original purpose: hosting exceptional events. That’s why we now offer our venue for your most meaningful projects.
Our son joined us after pursuing a more technical career path, bringing valuable expertise that complements the evolution of our hospitality business.
